First off, I'd like to say well done to rifterlings for staying on topic... good work. Yes there was a diplomatic incident and since then the rifterlings have remained securely in their holes and there as been no engagements including Biohazard. and rifterlings. in fact, I have had a few of your guys join my fleets, that right... fleets, the kind that rifterlings never puts up.

Secondly. Binkii Enat, you came to Biohazard. at a time when we were going through a lot of growing pains, we are still a young corp, but progressing nicely. A descision had to be made. Do we keep recruiting newbies and let them learn to PvP in our corp. At the expense of ever having a respectable killboard. At the expense of having my fleet commanders teach you the MOST BASIC of combat manouvers, such as d-scan, align, hold, anchor. At the expense of all the good work my friends and co-pilots put into the killboard being undone by newbies loosing ships left right and center, because... what, they join a PvP corp with zero experience in PvP.

Or, do we tighten up the recruitment policies, and start removing anyone who does not meet a standard that we expect.

I think you know which route we decided to take.

Biohazard. has gone from strength to strength after tightening up our recruitment, and our standing member base. our killboard is showing much improvement sitting at nearly 70% efficiency coming up towards 1000 kills this month (I'd like to add that for an alliance the size of point blank [rifterlings] their 226 kills so far this month is not really the same league as Biohazard. Infact, they are playing little league while we are influencing warzones in a major way. Point Blank alliance was actually formed in the same month as Biohazard. yet we lead them by around 1500 kills. Not a small number when your total is shy of 2500.... is it rifterlings.)

Binkii I'm truly sorry you were recruited without being fully aware of what was ahead of you, or that you were not informed beforehand what was happening. A Massive change was made to the corporation and you were one of the first to get das boot I'm afraid. I don't think it makes us elitist at all, and I do not regret my descision to remove you from corp one bit. I could have handled how I did it better I admit. I removed 21 bads from corp that day, so it's not personal.
