Where do I go to find freighting contracts for other players?

What forum can I go to to either advertise my freighting or find player contracts?

You can find courier contracts in-game.

Open contracts (eve menu -> business -> contracts), select 'Available contracts' and search for courier contracts there. Also, maybe the Haulers channel.
