The thing is they have to do DT in *somebody's* time zone, and Australia's time zone has the smallest playerbase in it. Europe and America are a much bigger player-base, thus it makes more sense to dump the downtime on Australia xD

Also the EVE servers are in England I believe and I assume they're controlled from England, which places the DT at 11-12 in the morning, depending on daylight savings, right in the middle of a UK based work day for them lol.

what spices do you have?

throw in a small amount of stock cube (preferably chicken(grind it up)) some parsley a pinch of pepper and somthing with a bit of spice i.e a pinch of chili.

World of Warcraft's servers aren't one big server, they run multiple, significantly smaller servers. EVE's server is the most advanced server used for gaming purposes in the world. Everything is on one shard. It's more difficult to maintain than World of Warcraft's servers. Also World of Warcraft's downtime does affect UK daytime. It's almost the same time if memory serves as the EVE DT is. And it's a lot longer. The only plus is that it's only done once a week, on a Wednesday if I recall correctly.
