ok so i have a wonderful -8.60+ Gallente status just form running missions so what elses could i do now that i get killed on site in Gallente space and missions are going a little boring, and i keep on hearing this romour of people making upwards of 100m/hr in FW soloing Factional Warfare Dungeons with frigs is that still right or did they nerf it and i'm just reading old posts and getting bad Intel
can i do it solo with no problems or should i look for a fleet

It's still right. You get full LP payout for doing an offensive plex (a plex in a system that the enemy controls) and you get 0.75 * contested % * full LP payout for defensive plexing a system you own.

From the sounds of it you are planning on joining the Caldari militia. there are 4 systems held by the Gallente near Jita that you can plex for good LP - Nisuwa, Notoras, Hirri and Oinasiken.
