Drones will obviously be a mix of Acolyte II's and Infiltrator II's, with a flight of EC-300's to give you half (if that) a chance against gankers. The remote armor repairer is there to rep your drones.

At all Level V skills:

DPS is 677 with Scorch L, 920 with Conflag L.
EM resist is 88.3; tanks 862 EHP/sec
Thermal resist is 84.7; tanks 663 EHP/sec
Cap stable without the remote armor repairer running

You can swap out the web for an afterburner if you want, and otherwise bling it out to your heart's content. Total cost as advertised is around 750 million. Do not skimp on the deadspace large armor rep.

Are there any good mission fits for Beams instead of Pulses? I am currently only skilled in T2 Beams - getting T2 Pulses to lvl 4 is gonna take a while :(

Beams are a tougher fitting challenge than pulses; you'll probably have to sacrifice low slots and/or rig slots if you want the powergrid to fit beams. You'll have to use sniper tactics, and T2 tachyon beams are about the most powergrid-hungry weapons around.

I don't recommend trying to use t2 beams on an Armageddon. As other people in this thread mentioned, the fitting hoops you have to jump through are rather ridiculous and other, cheaper hulls do large beams better.

That said, if you're extremely determined and have a 5% power grid implant, this fits.

1098 dps @ 43km with guns and drones combined (if you don't have t2 sentries, why are you flying an Armageddon), tanks 582 dps against Sansha for 4 minutes with max skills. If you feel you need more cap than that, you can replace a Tracking Computer II with a Cap Recharger II to make the fit stable.

Again, I do not recommend this fit because it is rather terrible compared to other options, but following the constraints OP requested this is what you get.

with odyssey tachs use less fitting and less cap, making beams more viable on a navy geddon (especailly since the navy geddon keeps the -10% cap/level) before it was nearly all eft warrioring, but I think you could pull a tach navy geddon off now. it will just be a bit expensive where I'd probably rather buy a nightmare or paladin.

BTW, what's the deal with this statement? Navy Geddon gets no drone bonuses...??

Because it has a 200 m3 drone bay and 125 bandwidth and makes sacrifices in other areas to get them. If you're not going to use a ship's strength, why fly it over another more turret based ship?

pushes 1180 DPS with scorch, 1400 with IN MF, 1520 with conflag
tank is 600 odd vs sansha/bloods (which is what you should be running with this) which is plenty. drop the TE for another hard/EANM if youre a nancy.

Read his posts, he wants beams on a Navy Armageddon. Of course they're terrible fits.

The thermal resist on this fit is likely to get you killed in tougher missions like the Sansha version of Blockade if you can't use the T2 sentries (I forgot about those when I posted my fit, because I can't use them either). The amount of tracking disruption that goes on in that mission makes damage projection difficult (and tracking computers absolutely mandatory).

Ok... so I don't have sentries skilled. What would be the better option for me shipwise than a Navy Geddon for burning through Amarr L4's?? Beams preferred, but if Pulse is seriously better all around - then I'll spend time skilling it.

Nightmare is a bit out of budget at the moment, and I can only afford a T2 fit to start out with. I will pimp out whatever I get ASAP tho, once the ISK starts flowing.

Suggestions?

use a navpoc if you really want beams...
though nightmare is a TON better.

Seconding the Nightmare suggestion as long as you're talking about a pure damage boat and not a loot as you go boat. The Paladin is a close second, but I prefer the tracking bonus and shield tanking on the Nightmare to the armor tank (and therefore less lows) on the Paladin.

Everything else is far behind, though the Navy Apocalypse isn't awful.

EDIT: Just read the Nightmare is out of budget comment - then fly a t2 fit Oracle. It'll get the job done, just slower.
