I haven't been in the game for a while and I was moseying around in Orvolle a couple of days ago when I noticed a character in local with a blue highlight around it. Looking closer, the character appeared to be clad in a covering of armor. The character's bio and description left much to be imagined.

Anyone have an idea what or who that was?

Sometimes, when I am not busy flying into suns or wondering where babies come from, I go to a dust local system and I pick one of them out as a pet.


I then whisper tender words to him until he logs out or I find a pretty looking sun.

Exactly - I don't think about Dust. There are too many good shooters already to care about +1 (especially when it was developed for 6 y. o. console hardware).

So how does a "capsuleer" interact with (read: troll) a Dust player?

Other than local chat?

Strategic bombardment is the popular option, but the dusties have to initiate it

These "Things" that you see are a failed experiment.

Amarr has been carrying on secret breeding experiments using Minmatar slaves and some unusual DNA with the intent of filling all the empty worlds with ground-hugging flatlanders.
This of course failed when it was found that the Minmatar slaves DNA was even weirder than what they were injecting....
