Where do I find Ogdin's implant?

I'm having trouble finding where to obtain 'Ogdin's Eye Coordination Enhancer' implant.

Does anyone have a link/guide that points me in the right direction?

And how would one get about to getting one of those storylines? I assume there is an event agent who probably comes with a high standings requirement.

I'd suggest running 16 L4s for a pirate faction (Thukker or otherwise) in null.

i can confirm this, as i had that implant drop from a NPC during a storyline 5 part L4 mission for the angel faction. I got that implant on part 4 and several republic fleet modules, and some not-so-awesome implants in the last part!

Now...i'm wondering if all those rare implants drop from similar storyline missions for other pirate factions...like Pansha's implants and such.

Here is a list of those i know and those i don't:

I know that...
Michi excavation implant 5% mining - Caldari COSMOS L4 in otomainen
Akemon's modified 8% armor - Amarr COSMOS L4 IN Caldari COSMOS space ( otomainen also )
Ogdin's implant 6% tracking - L4 storyline for Angel ( also thukker it seems )
Republic special ops +4 willpower 5% speed - Possible drop from Minas Iksan L4 mission, in the last part ( kenobanala Amarr COSMOS low sec )

I also wish i knew from where...
Shaqil's speed enhancer 8% speed - No clue ( i heard it's also a possible drop from Minas Iksan, didn't happen to me )
Imperial special ops 5% armor - no clue
Sansha's modified 3% shield 3% recharge - no clue
Imperial navy modified 3% armor 3% repair - no clue
Pansha's customization 7% ROF - no clue
Pansha's handling 7% DMG - no clue

This drops in the Amarr epic arc iirc.

Wrong!

Thukker no longer gets that mission since they became friendly with Minmatar. Angels are your best bet.

Both come from Amarr Epic Arc, if you side with sansha, you get the Sansha one and if you side with Amarr, you get the Imperial one.

It's Pashan, and they come from a static COSMOS plex in Catch called Rakogh Administration Complex.

Edit: and by all (reliable) accounts, Shaqil is a somewhat random spawn as part of Amarr lowsec Cosmos based out of Kenobanala.
