Stalingrad? If the Germans won, right? A better comparison would be calling this the Battle of the Bulge.

DISCLAIMER: I am not saying TEST are Nazis, or that Goons are. Or vice versa. Just in terms of battles and the way they were laid out.

The dummies whelped themselves. Your alliance has financial difficulties and the leadership decides to do something that exacerbates finances. You know, it was clear TEST had no plan or at-least not a good one. I wonder if they really hoped CCP would fail and the node would shut down. Worse possible outcome for TEST. Ha ha ha (GF CCP).

The worse part was the use of "AHACS. I like how TEST cant afford fielding battleships but are capable of fielding something of relative value that's been played out for 3 years now. There's a reason why pandemic legion, Raidon, Evoke and Russian entities stopped using "AHACS". They were ONLY useful back when large battleship fleets with long range turrets had little to NO SUPPORT fleet to apply stasis webifiers. That ended almost as quickly as "AHACS" became a thing. Now they're novelty and should NOT be a mainline doctrine but for some reason alliances like... Well it's really only NCDOT that have been continuing to use "AHACS" and they don't innovate at all (tend to copy someone else with little insight into said innovation) so that makes sense. Takes 2-3 stasis webifiers to take the "A" out of "AHAC" and then they're just a waste of isk.

Point is if you are thinking about fielding "AHACS", dont. Use Abaddons instead because with proper composition they out preform "AHACS" by a SIGNIFICANT MARGIN.

Abaddons, Rokhs (blasters or railguns), Tengu, Legions, Proteus (rail-gun) and Loki's are still overpowered compared to other possible mainline ships. Drakes are still hella useful and so are prophecies. You're better off using Vexor Navy issues and Mallers instead of "Ahacs". Also if you're not mixing Damps and ECM on your blackbirds don't bring them. DAMPS are overpowered and p much removes logistics PERIOD and most ships because of the range game in p much all null sec engagements.

Anyway.

Good luck to TEST. Building a serious command group takes months not days and from what I'm told the FC's TEST do have are burnt out or disgruntled and on their way out. Not that many of them are worth much anyway.

Here's something helpful. Redeploy to NPC stations in Delve and start harassing and skirmishing CFC and attempting to flip systems that have already been taking. Don't engage in battles you cant win. The point is to slow down the progress while your membership and wallet recovers. Stop the large scale engagements and spread your forces and hit multiple systems in Fountain with 4 - 6 fleets of 50 pilots. Skirmish and camp gates and stations. Camp their staging system. When goons are trying to flip a system with a large fleet. Bring the bombers to harass. Do whatever you can to slow it down.

Otherwise, The GOONS WILL TEST (pun not intended) DELVE. They wont put much effort or alarm for it but they will flood in their and try to flip a system or 2 to see what happens. If there is no resistance or its easy they will RAP3 YOU NON STOP. If you provide serious resistance they WILL STOP. Remember that this evasion biz is serious biz and workers need rest. They wont burn out their fleet commanders or logistics capabilities. They will consolidate unless you make invading Delve not work but a walk in the park that is. Might take GOONS 2 - 3 months to consolidate before they start really going for Delve but it WILL happen. Also I suggest you start taking Tribes Sov away from them and moving them ALL to Delve. You may need that space to fall back to sooner or later if you fail in Delve too. What you're trying to do is get too the end of September and still have delve. Mind you if you don't raid and skirmish in Fountain everyday all the time they will be coming to Delve to skirmish if they fail on the initial MEH invasion.

You don't win wars by defending you win them by attacking anyway possible. So, I hope the plan is to go back to Delve to PLAN and deploy attacks into fountain from there. Anything other than focusing on attacking GOONS mean you will lose your space. So if that's the plan you should start figuring out where your alliance will be moving. In fact you should already have plans laid out for the possibility of complete loss of all your SOV. Moving to Low sec and or NPC null does not work for TEST because of how your alliance is structured. TEST would not last a MONTH without an SRP or good space to RAT. Better start thinking about renting space or joining N3.

So I really like Goats....(discuss)...

Everyone is always repeating the mantra "Don't Trust Anyone" ad nauseum... If I can't trust the guys I play with, why bother playing with them at all? Fly Solo...

Regardless of what anybody would think or say about this post or the poster, I learn a lot just from reading posts like this. I would read it again.

I just hope TEST does NOT hold out in NPC stations because they still have that goon flavor, meaning that those people already scratching for existence out there will get shot for no reason. TEST is just as bad as goons, in my opinion, and this CFC versus TEST thing has, for me, been like watching two bums fight over who gets to screw an old tire.

Goats are the best. They dont have many shield, armor or hull hitpoints, and their cpu is not quite there. But their module for Goat milk is the best, and if you got industry researched you can manufacture goat milk into all sorts of items and put those on the market.

I dont know if this is important or not, but i have chickens.....

Mine is pretty low, being flooded with 50k/200k Isk bounties doesn't make the man rich enough to buy a super pilot and fly useless super carriers full of officer mods Cry

Guys donate for a good guy <---- I'll triple my fun bit not your isk with, try it out now, last donations available until 1st august.

Don't be the least one !
