Gamescom Cologne Germany another player meeting this year?

Hi,
Gamescom isn´t far out and I´m starting to plan when I and some fellow friends/pilots want to be there.
We have been at last years gathering and have had a BLAST! So the obvious question is, is there another one this year?
Or does CCP have a stronger showing on the Gamescom itself? They only had Dust there last year.
