It's in the Apparel -> Accessories -> Tattoos category on the market. You have to be quick because there are only a few in Jita (for ~1bill).

Just keep in mind that on the CE product page there is a * next to the "sleeves" followed by:

*EVE Online in-game items are timed exclusives, available initially to pre-purchase customers and available to trade in the marketplace. These items will be made publicly available via in-game markets and promotions at a later date.


I believe CCP wants to make this very clear since in regards to the Collector's Edition set they state:

Quote:
THIS IS A LIMITED EDITION ITEM, GET YOURS WHILE STOCKS LAST


So while the the CE is a limited edition item the individual items included (specifically stated with the sleeves) are not necessarily limited.

That being said the sleeves seem to have stabilized at about 1B ISK each in the Jita market, but I imagine that they will drop in a little few weeks, then significantly once they are available by other means. Might be a good idea to sell now if you are interested in making money since I doubt it will hit 1B again. The Nefantar Thrasher dropped considerably in price a couple of weeks after the initial release, although that might have coincided with the delayed amazon.com code which has already happened for the sleeves.

It was about $150 for me. There was no question in my mind from the moment the box was announced at FanFest that I would be acquiring one at any cost.

The niggles I have regarding editorial quality of the book and production quality of the Rifter USB hub are minor compared to the warm and fuzzy feeling I get from supporting the people at CCP who have made, are making, and will continue making EVE Online the best MMO or virtual world in the world.

You get ONE sleeve w/ the CE. so.... sleeves

But yah I'm sure you'll be able to get them for PLEX and then Aurem and then 20 ISK in Jita at some point.

Yeah I probably should have ordered it before the downfall of our dollar due to Gillards awful decisions over the past 3 years. It just cost me $220.
