Listen, it's fair because some people with PRIOR KNOWLEDGE know to train cybernotics 5 should get an advantage? Think about it... how did they know? God told them? Nope.... they already had a main but what about new people? Your gonna leave them out of the learning game? Rly CCP? Woow....

You might as well tell a black or other minority they can't even play this game because their dad didn't know how to have electricity. WtfF is that? Reporting you probably

I think that only people who live in hi sec should be allowed to use +3s and higher because there shoild be real penalties for being a neckbeard criminal sociopath pirate.
