You would need to confer with merc contacts directly. Rates will vary by reputation and quality.

Try the "MERC Contracts" channel to identify the people you want.

I was thinking the same thing. In fact, why not just take a retriever with some drones and go attack their retrievers?

I can think of a few reasons.

-Just as terrible at combat as their targets, want a professional to do the job.

-Don't want to invest the time needed camping their targets in a station, would prefer to invest ISK instead.

-Don't want their targets to know who is disrupting them, which means this is either an alt or a someone who hopes his targets don't read Crime and Punishment.

3-man-targets is the way to go for merc-corps that focus on a single job.

I´ll do it for 500m / week because 3 targets means lots of boring spare time.
