Prize breakouts could be something like carrier + skillbooks for first place, second would be something like capship, and carrier skillbooks, third place fighters of some kind, down to the small stuff to help hopeful cap pilots get into their ships sooner.

So, something that I have never seen an auction house do before is auction off mercenary services.

It could get messy getting 3rd parties involved, but you could find some newer merc outfits that want to cut their teeth and prove their worth and auction their services.

Tower takedowns, one week wardec, whatever they want to offer.

Call it "I Got Your Back" or something like that, I suppose. Or "The Carebear Cavalry".
