where is the best place to post for wormhole future ideas, I have found that the wormholes part of the forums is not the place to do it.

Features & Ideas Discussion

Please don't get too upset if they don't respond well to your idea(s) either. There are a lot of people who dislike bad ideas.

I prefer people to post wormhole related idea here, you just have to be careful to avoid subjects like:-

* Turning W-space into K-space
* Blobbing
* Too many blues

Well for starters they can bring back Deep Space probes, and put in comets like they said years ago for ice mining in WH's Pirate

I don't see them coming back. There are quite a few who would like wormhole ice mining (well except the nullsec/lowsec/highsec people). Its been brought up... ALLOT. Most we got was a vague comment from Fozzie regarding it, and that they may explore it at a later date (I estimate year 2017).

I'll expand on your thread though (as I was just thinking it).

There has also been comments from Fozzie regarding the possibility of expanding wormhole space, making more wormholes that have no moons in it, making it not possible to anchor a pos in there and "stake a territorial claim".

Yaay!!!!

That was just an example I have other idea's that are a bit more evil, and I know if it happen to me in my wh I would hate it, but A war of Attrition, would be a sick strategy, like a bomb that kills wh's in one or X number of shoots. Cutting off supply lines back to normal space no way out and no escape.

Basically, consider all your ideas pointless because CCP will just ignore it anyway and implement something else 5 years later.

Why not have a system with no celestials at all? Just a black hole, and statics to fight on and a bunch of random gas sites. This would stop people making ISK off PI and setting up structures, which we all agree, are boring to grind. Indeed, a celestial-free system which is full of ladars would be awesome. Oh, oh, and special wormholes which you can take 20 supers through from nullsec, so all the mega-alliances can come be hardcore in w-space with their supers and titans.

c7 wormholes. (Change the name if c7 is an issue w/ existing c7 systems)
- No moons (no POSs)
- No Planets (no PI)
- Standard c6 sites, spawn as normal.

c7 Wormhole connections.
- All c7 holes have 1 Nullsec static, 1 c6 static and 1 c5 static.
- All wormholes to and from a c7 hole last for 4 hours and cannot be closed. (unlimited mass)
- Wormholes to/from c7 systems cannot support capital jumps.

Trolling may now commence, and you may call me bad.

Bombs only add 1 billion Gg mass, wouldn't work on an infinite mass wh. I suggest you read the thread on it.

There's nothing worse than an EVE player, generally considered to be top of the food chain in the MMO world, that cannot smacktalk with wit and coherency.

still waiting on modular POSs and the ability to change my sub-systems.

come to think about it, my subs will likely no longer be an issue soon due to this impending, not so impending, maybe, sometime, possible t3 nerf so scrap that. At this pace it looks like that feature will be obsolete long after we stop using t3s.....

right? lololol

Class naming convention is originaly designating a wormhole TYPE not a system type. Wormholes leading to C5 systems are the actual C5's etc, highsec holes are C7's or something like that, basically that's what it originaly was back when CCP implemented it.

In terms of how system classes are stored in the database:
Highsec is class 7
Lowsec is class 8
Nullsec is class 9

They don't always ignore there income lol, I mean fan base.

I really think they do try and put in what is asked for, if they get to it right away may be another question. It's fine if they don't from where I stand. I have been playing eve for 9yrs if this game has taught me anything, it would be that patience is a virtue, and all good things come to those who wait!
