Iol N3.. lots of spirit and they talk a good talk but they were never a real threat to CFC.

PL was likely bought off.

Test leadership already knows if they want any stake in null sec income streams under the new blue blanket, they will stop this now.
goons know it is good business to force terms of a test surrender and start making use of the tightest stranglehold of T2 materials ever witnessed on Tranquility.

The goons examined the business model on the Chinese server, and saw that it was good.

test leadership will be given a taste of some wealth under new paradigm, as will Black Legion, and PL always has their hand out. But if goons were rolling in cash before the war, they will be drowning in it now.

Less than a percent of TEST forms up to final system timers. Being poor might be a part of why they're not in T2 or battleships, but BC's, Cruisers, Bomber wings etc. have a justification too, evermore since the rebalances.

Do you have access to any hangars in TEST alliance? Like the logstics hangars or something...
