That is akin to people not realising that yes, sometimes people have laughed at genius, but mostly they have laughed at, and turned up to see in great numbers, Bobo the Clown

Indeed, look at most of the threads in GD. The ones with people asking serious questions or just general chit chat drop off quick. The ones where someone is acting like an idiot usually go on for about 10 pages after that idiot finally decides to leave, which is often 20+ pages down the line.

Harry is king of Ad hominem...he really can't actually dispute what is being said.

Spend some time reading up on sbus please...you might understand that dropping an sbu has literally no effect on an alliance. it is what you do when you drop it that matters...and taking down structures and dealing with timers requires a big fleet with lots of coordination.

Harry just wants to feel like he is doing something, so good for you, cute fella, keep it up. If it makes you feel special never stop.

And why instead of hitting them from behind (some will even ask for more) why don't you try to hit them right in the front?

Hi Harry.

It looks like your efforts need to be doubled to turn back the tide.

We are all rooting for you.

You're special.

Goon forum warriors aside, the game is being played.

My hope for this event is that people end up doing things they normally don't do. I normally don't bother with nullsec beyond trespassing so deep into it nobody bothers to catch me. But that's another matter.

Anybody notice how much the playerbase is left to devise the definition of the game? People beg for "clarification" quite often. I remember a dev saying in a forum post "suicide ganking is not supposed to be profitable" and the firestorm that caused. There were people who's entire game identity, credo, religion, or whatever, was based on suicide ganking.

Otherwise there are plenty of answers all around us. I think they enjoy being silent on what the game "is".

It's what we make it, and it need not (much to the chagrin of the misguided greifer community) become everybody's game. Maybe for some people, THAT is their game. For others, driving people away from the game is their game and they'd high-five each other if a day ever came that the lights were shut off on Eve because everybody left.

And even so, we are left with only one option: if you don't like it, do something about it.

Some of us don't like the corporate feudalism of nullsec and don't want to play that game the way it's defined by those who live there. I already been there, and haven't. There are those who would criticize because my game is not filling the killboard. So what. It certainly filled the station lock box with more loot than I know what to do with (I end up giving a lot of it away).

So, regardless of who has Forum Fu up to level 5, ships will still be violenced, and people are still going to play the game.

Overall, I am somewhat glad that Harry's project is making people nervous enough to come in here and claim they are not nervous. There are things we know from.... "informants"... that we don't share in this forum in order to protect them. It would be a lot to think they are going to lose sleep in Mittanigrad, but they will be losing more ships.

Well that was kind of anti-climatic. The biggest chunk if not 90% of Fountain will fall withing the next 3-4 days. Test is imploding.

It is kind of sorry for their "Logi Director" to have cleared out 6VDT, Karan and all the other logi hangers, stealing all the Pos stuff, Sov stuff and assorted ships. LOL

As was said on the forum that shall not be named - If you're in a director roll and wanna line your pockets on the way out, better get going. Otherwise the cupboards will be bare..

Goons come to this thread not because they are nervous, but because it is fun to watch you guys. You have a complete lack of understanding of how goons and null sec work.

You don't need permission for every little thing. Goons do not gank people in high sec, scam people, or anything else because they want to push them out of the game they do it because it's fun. If you guys came to vfk to have fun, all the goons would laugh and support you because that is what they do. Because you have decided to go on a holy crusade for reasons that are ridiculous and completely not true that is why you see people coming in here and ridiculing you.

Go, fight, camp, enjoy the world of PVP, gank everything, that is what you goons want you to do but don't think for a moment that you're doing anything to damage them, the industry base or anything about how they exist all you're doing is making them happy and creating content which is what Goons do.

yea it seems we pushed hard enough, the thing has its own dynamic now, that indicates that the masses start rolling in the same direction, its in the minds of the thousands, and they will want to go there, I can feel it

goblins still shouting "NOOO WE NOT CARE!!" are just whispers in the void from now on... the mob is looking into the direction of VFK, it will not take long until the ships start rolling

BWA HA HA! When I saw the offer for a billion isk, I was going to make a joke about how you wouldn't know what to do with it. This is better than that.

EDIT: Oh and just out of curiosity, do you even know how bombs work?
Most first time bombers (and most of test) bomb themselves which would be brilliant to watch.

by the way the place is not empty, thats why they make so much nois about it, they haul stuff around carriers jump in and out, thats their weak spot at the moment, all their fleet is in fountain, having two fronts is the issue, and thats what they don't want to happen

If a lot of players would start to hit them hard in VFK and even bring SBUs they would need to splitup, and then everything can happen, too bad the masses of players do not realize that yet, however with time... they will

Genuine question: how long do you think it takes to move a fleet from 4-E to VFK
