Okay all you fellow 420 pilots out there I have a question for you. How much 420 can you smoke before the UI in eve becomes too blurry to play? Do you think they should make a 420 friendly UI for us?

Weed never makes things blurry for me, but there does come the point where I'm so baked that the loneliness of space and sheer ambivalent brutality of eve actually leaks into my mind and the game becomes outright oppressive to play.

CCP needs a stoner mode that turns the faded, diminished color palate into something brighter, and changing the music from oppressive ambient techno to this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rFfetBuR5QM

I clicked on the cheetos but then my ship undocked. Bro, what, not cool. There was like all the bros out there. Except they weren't bros. I know, weird, right? And then my ship became a cadbury creme egg. So that was cool.

I'm kinda not bad at psychology and stuff so if anyone has any mental problems I could probably help you out if you pay me a plex or something. My last client was so satisfied with my services, he awarded me a fee of 1.9 billion isk so I'd say it's definitely worth it.

Back when I did these things, EvE was an outright enjoyable activity as long as you were alone in a backwater system mindlessly killing rats, listening to the soundtrack and just letting your mind wander in the vast emptiness and loneliness of the space that surrounds you.

Coming up in November I'll be 3 years sober. When I play this game now it feels like I'm using amphetamines, I am so wound up with adrenaline, paranoia and constant fear. Lol

You will die so much because you weren't even checking your overview and therefore didn't notice the friendly fellow yellowboxing you, and by the time you have a chance to be upset or paranoid you will be back in station so i wouldn't worry about it.

The UI's not the problem; after too much my mind just wanders until I'm not even focussed on the screen anymore...

... a little bit, however, goes a long way towards chillin' out and laughing off a bad turn of events.
