I think he could have done better if he included a bit more outraged entitlement. The part with lowsec was well done, but the nullsec bit fell kind of flat. Overall a respectable try, but nothing to write home about.

Except that Low Risk Areas actually give moderate to high ISK rewards and High Risk Areas don´t give adequately more ISK rewards than the Low Risk Areas.

and a 50% bonus to all activities completed within a fleet.

That third one is the real gem, this is an MMORPG where people are supposed to play togther, if we give a 50% bonus for people who work together you'll find way more social interaction.




AttentionHow about this, you get your buffed Hi-sec, BUT,
Every hour or 2 with random timer, Concord disappears from Hi-sec and it becomes PvP free zone for a hour, like null? mm? How about this? No!?
