Loot Distribution for C3 Relic \ Data sites

I have run about a dozen c3 relic\data sites since Odyssey but still aren't 100% sure how the loot is distributed especially in the Relics. It seems that either its random or the loot is didtributed along at least 3 out of 5 different types of mini-cans.

For examble i have observed that the Malfunctioning parts (the ones that make hacking Relics worth the trouble) have appeared in Parts,Materials & Data mini-cans.

On the other hand at Data sites the part that really makes the difference and we need to get (Caldari Hybrid Tech Decryptors) will only appear at the Parts mini-container.

Can anyone confirm the above?
