Can't login to Duality server ...

... with error message "Connection failed. The cluster is not currently accepting connections".
One of my another account connects to Duality anytime without any problem.

There are at least two similar issues whith login to Duality. This thread and neighboring (https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=262216&find=unread) whithout any reaction or feedback from Developers. How much longer can we expect?

Why do you need to get on duality instead of sisi?

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

Did you try following the directions in the AT forum?
