Seriously, you're thick. Increasing training time has no effect on revenue. People need to keep paying to play no matter how long it takes them to train.

Well, if the bike rider can pull it off (pun intended), I'd be impressed Cool .

But you're totally right. Lots of people get mad at the world when they say something dumb and other people point it out to them.

I have an ex-in law that was like that. He would engage in some embarrassing behavior in public (like saying impolite things in public, or being to loud because he was fairly oblivious to how loud his voice is to others). If you said nothing, he'd continue to embarrass himself and everyone with him. If you said something about it, even in the most caring and gentle ways, he blew up at you and took it as a grave personal insult.

When my sister divorced him the whole family came together for a party lol.

compared to 9 years ago, EVERYTHING is trained faster than it is today. so no they did not increase skill time needed for anything and they probably will never do something like that

This thread seriously raises the bar. I will now bookmark it so whenever someone claims 'dumbest poast evar' I can link this and show them they aren't even close.

Yup, things take longer, it's part of CCP's marketing strategy of conning you out of your hard earned money, congratulations for finding their ebil plan.


Before, I could jump into a ship such as a command ship and just fly it around and be of no use whatsoever, now I actually have to be semi-competent in it's use before they let me have the keys.

And don't get me started on the carriers, how dare they insist I need capital ships 4 so the ship doesn't handle like a hippo in custard, and as for the Jump Drive skills that are needed, well it's an insult, if I want to waste isotopes then it's up to me, or if I want to do more jumps then so what, maybe it's CCP being ecowarriors.

The only skill I sort of disagree with for carriers is Drone Interfacing V - yes I know carriers are drone ships, but a lot are used for just moving smaller ships around, or even just as triage carriers, but it's now a pre-requesite so it takes another 3 weeks or so to get in a carrier, no biggy.
