Now keep in mind this is a game, and people should experiment. I've watched Harry's endeavors and have an alt in dessies doing similar things, and running into similar fitting challenges. Because we are not doing conventional stuff, we cannot adhere to conventional fitting doctrines.

Your hurf-blurf that I can be "fired" for anything I say on Eve-O is, heh, amusing at best.

Look, the sooner you stop thinking you're on a holy quest or some **** and realize that exactly what you're doing / plan to do happens basically every day/week the sooner you'll reach enlightenment. You aren't doing anything special, so a special snowflake fit isn't necessary and remains counter-productive.
People engage out-numbered in EvE every single day, and they do so without WCS fitted. Again, doing so actually decreases your changes vastly. To engage and kite you need range, tracking and maneuverability - all attributes that need lowslots you can't use as you're slapping WCS in there.

No-one needs to go out and reinvent the wheel when the concept at play here is as easy to understand.

It's good to know we're not special. That takes off a lot of pressure and makes this more fun.

I ll do the answers

Harry: You are so predictible goblin, look my thing work and I killed 50 ships already.
Also: blocked.

Herzog: You need to think outside the box. You are so much slave to your null sec blobs.
When I did exploration I fitted a new wave of paradigm with a fourth generation assimetry.

Not really.

I don't expect it to go away, in fact that's the best part of this campaing: seeing people say that this is being done so wrong that it butthurts them. If that's so irrelevant and helpful, why bother?

Anyone can drop an SBU and start onlining it.

100 million isk each, I think. And a blockade runner. You need more than one SBU to make VFK vulnerable of course.

Then to shoot the ihub and station, which have hundreds of millions of EHP when put together. That might take more than one guy in a catalyst...

I told TEST to bring some SBUs and distract the goons in their local space with the carebear fleet, but that probably was too much for them to process as well, they said "NOOOO TAHT NO BIG FLEET NO WORK" something like that, after that I blocked all comunication Cool

by the way the place is not empty, thats why they make so much nois about it, they haul stuff around carriers jump in and out, thats their weak spot at the moment, all their fleet is in fountain, having two fronts is the issue, and thats what they don't want to happen

If a lot of players would start to hit them hard in VFK and even bring SBUs they would need to splitup, and then everything can happen, too bad the masses of players do not realize that yet, however with time... they will

exactly it takes the whole playerbase and somebody to setup the SBUs, I encourage every alliance to do so on the 28. every player in eve to come and crush down on VFK, blow them all up... TEST should push hard in fountain... I want everybody to fight the goons in their hometown, its about time

Thanks for the concise explanation. 50% of the gates need an SBU right? A fundraiser for a couple of 100m shouldn't be outside of Harry's capacities, nor would be recruiting a blockade runner. The bottleneck is (unsurprisingly) the enormous amount of HP to chew through once it is vulnerable. This challenge is indeed outside of his options and choice of ships, but that might change. This 40 page loltrain is a start to Harry's stardom.

I am glad you find yourself in a target rich environment. Is that a Bestower with a couple of command centers I see on your killboard? I have only skimmed it briefly but it confirms the place isn't empty. While the value of what you killed was low, it's potential return on investment (PI) was high. You seem to be disrupting their PI chains at least.

If you feel like bashing structures, why not go for the Customs Offices? They have way less HP then the IHUBs and are obviously in use. Also requires more then a catalyst but a determined BC fleet can already knock 'em over, some Battleships will make short work of them. The how and when of such an operation I leave up to you, but good luck in your campaign and keep us posted! Big smile

Lol yea the kills are just like a promotour at the moment, basically i just went there to show people that we can shoot stuff and hit the goons in their butt, especially as a new player... the big outcry from the nullsec people made me feel like they want more of that, its hard to keep everybody happy though, seems like a fulltime job but I will do my best to keep everybody excited ;)

You could just pick all this up from previous posts, but I'll clarify just for you.
CFC (Goons and co) are deployed to a war right now. VFK is empty. So hanging around in it won't generate content.
Should you be able to bring and online an SBU, you have timers to wait for, during which time a small home defense contingent would come and blap the sbu into pieces for you, then return to the battlefield. We can death clone back and forth, so it doesn't take up any time to do, we just won't bother just for a couple of nubships.
Get a realistically threatening fleet and it might be worth the bother.

So far this thread alone has generated a significant amount of butthurt.

I don't think the goons are so threatened by this project as much as the concept threatens the nullsec status quo.

I mean seriously, these nuggets of wisdom from nullsec talking to the locals who seemed rather angry at the concept, and these are not even goons.

XXXX> blah blah hotdrop or run mofo
XXXX> Join a larger alliance before your smoked
XXXX > you will get rapped
XXXX > were a fking pvp corp dumb ass
XXXX > your in nulsec, your in pure blind, wee see a neutral and your dead
XXXX > I am going to kill mercilessly and feed on the idiot nood tears

I was under the impression that this crowd would be happy to get targets, but they were butthurt that the less than 1M SP char who sent this to me after getting caught in their bubble camp managed to escape.

So I get it. The only acceptable targets are the ones they can kill, not escape them, or even have the potential to shoot back, and not even the experience to manage it if they try.

How is it real experience if everybody "hotdrop or run mofo"? The "leet" PVP of nullsec is not what it seems. This only highlights what Harry's ragtag crew of noobs and Russians are doing: they are getting past these camps (not quite the Rhodes Scholars you expect leet PVPers, these campers, to be I must admit) and killing ships.

The strangest thing is that I was under the impression that nullsec players are not afraid to get podded, but all this "blob or gtfo" thing is based on... not getting killed:

XXXX > he has some idea in his head let him go die with it
 YYYY > die?
YYYY > I have a clone you know.
YYYY> Getting podded does not kill me in RL. You guys know that, right?
XXXX> YYYY cant smack talk tries to hard

By the way, that's the best of what I have seen (complete and coherent sentences) so far. If these are the people highsec is supposed to be afraid of, I would say the propaganda has certainly done its job well.

But as I have written before, the butthurt potential of people waiting in a camp for hours and still not getting their kill is impressive. What we call "tears" in highsec (when someone actually SAYS anything as their loot is getting stolen for example) is apparently renamed as smacktalk in nullsec and everybody basks in the eliteness of something that would get them ridiculed in highsec by people who duel, dec, and/or garner 1v1 fights the old fashioned way. Also perhaps by even the endless lot of their victims who accept their responsibility for their mistakes and keep their mouths shut.

Consider how nullsec, beyond these campers and gank pipelines is a beared up ISK fountain galore and how simple things disrupt that (consider the neverending "CCP must end AFK Cloaking" threads, for example) is also a wellspring from whence much butthurt could flow.

Consider also that this has gone 40 pages yet "nobody is being harmed or bothered by this".

We've been missing a gold mine. Nullseccers are not greifers, but the greifers have been playing in the wrong space. They too were told that highsec is the wellspring from whence all that is wrong in the player base flows, and hence should be ganked, scammed, griefed - all for the good of the people.

Yeah, there's a pattern to the propaganda. Starting to feel like it's coming from a more centralized source.

BTW THIS is smacktalk
