If you can't kill hi-sec players without CCP helping you, maybe you should stop wasting your time on eve, and find something easier to play that suits you better.

I'm a relatively respectable citizen. Multiple felon perhaps, but certainly not dangerous.

I understand the mechanics in place will allow me to kill "some" hi-sec players via suicide ganking, war deccing etc.. But what I want is pure massive uncensored gang banging of hi-sec players without Concord intervening. Thats it..
