Loan filled!

Hello MD,
I'm currently looking for a loan.

Why am I looking for a loan?
I'm a manufacturer. I produce all kind of stuff, but since my liquidity during the production cycles is quite limited, I want to increase my opportunities to keep the supply chain running. (Waste of time = Waste of money, simple equation). I run a one-man-POS in order to invent, copy and research BPs.

What about risks. Do you offer any collateral?
I would certainly like to offer a collateral, but I simply can't. The only goods I posess are BPOs and I need them in order to produce.

Risks: I suppose the risk for the investor is low. That's because I could cash in all my material etc. if it all fails.

Which terms am I looking for?

I want a 1 billion ISK loan over 30 days at a return rate of 10%. Since it is not collaterized and my first time seeking a loan, I think it is a fair rate.
If anyone wants to convert the loan into a bond after 30 days, I would be happy to talk it then.

I hope that I've attracted some investors, feel free to ask/critizise, whatever you want.

Cheers,
Sid

I believe you misunderstand the concept of risk. Judging by your public offering, a sound analyst would say the risk is extraordinarily high for an investor. Lack of rating system, no collateral, not from a reputable source, no prior history of successful bond offerings, and no auditing to verify number.

The only redeeming part is that the amount you are asking is small!

Anyhow, good luck!

Of course I did understand the concept of risk quite well, but EVE markets are still quite far away from a real-life efficient market. I always wondered, how high the real interest rates would be if EVE markets were actually efficient, but that's another story I guess...

Needless to say, that Brollox did me a huge favor here, which I'm very grateful of.
