Need help finding a WH Loki fit

So basically I want to do some solo PVP and small gang. Do I just look for some fits and then take two guns off, add a cloak and probe launcher?

I was looking at this one...

For wormhole you will be better off with a shield tank, so you don't have to repair your tank after a fight, your tank will just recharge.
