Looking for a decent skilled carrier pilot.

Not looking to pay for skills i don't need like Indy skills or non combat relevant science skills.

Please dont post stupidly high sp toons that are way over the budget either.

I'm looking to pay around the 15bil isk mark. i have seen some nice toons go for this so not going to pay way over the odds for a toon.

Pref amarr or gallente but will look at min/cal if the price is right.
