Although these news aren't entirely new, I can attest to their truthfulness.
It is amazing what capsuleers are capable of when their leaders aren't concerned with their own mortality. Taking decisive action has hardly been easier.
You might actually call it an actual meritocracy.

I think that question is best answered behind closed doors.
You can still safely assume that the perpetrators have gotten or will get their dues.

Yes, the rumours had a few field days there. What makes most of them compelling is that they incorporate a few of the actual facts, a few of actual happenings, and then fill in gaps as needed.
And it's not like material for a good story was lacking.

Alas, the public will probably never get the story. It's been classified as operational security.
