Most people are in high-sec right?

And most people are struggling to make enough ISK right?

CCP could dramatically change the way the game works for the better, by making ISK more readily available in high-security space.

What would be buffed?

Extraction of Ore (strip miner I buff)
Mission Rewards (LP buff)
and a 50% bonus to all activities completed within a fleet.

That third one is the real gem, this is an MMORPG where people are supposed to play togther, if we give a 50% bonus for people who work together you'll find way more social interaction.

And before you ask, why high-sec?

The answer is simple:
Low-security space is full of people with emotional problems who take their aggression out on innocent people and animals.
It is full of pirates.

Null-Security space is already full of ISK N64 moons are everywhere and the x-type loot can sell for billions.

If I could fix these other two regions I'd leave null-sec alone, and perhaps add concord to random low-sec systems so there would be like a 10% chance when committing a crime to get concorded.

Thank You Obama!

Actually running missions with buddies should have benefits

Solo content should not be buffed

Working in teams of actual people (not isboxer though) needs more loving.

All assumptions from OP though are "not worth the paper they were drawn up on"

There are good ships,

And wood ships,

And ships that sail the sea

But the best ships are Spaceships

There already are benefits. Faster mission running, less risk, multiple missions at a time so on and so forth. It might not be as clear cut as a reward bonus/boost but the benefits are already there.

I pew you too! <3

This is a great idea! The income bonus should be reletive to the sec status of the system:

0.5 = 50% bonus to ISK reward of missions and ore mining amount.
0.6 = 75% bonus to ISK reward of missions and ore mining amount.
0.7 = 100% bonus to ISK reward of missions and ore mining amount.
0.8 = 150% bonus to ISK reward of missions and ore mining amount.
0.9 = 175% bonus to ISK reward of missions and ore mining amount.
1.0 = 300% bonus to ISK reward of missions and ore mining amount.

Also should be no broker fees / transaction tax & no tax on high sec PI. Would make the game much more fare imho.

10/10. Nice one.

Now gtfo to nul, low, or w-space for real if your were serious. ISK is easy as **** to come by. Quit hanging out in the newbie grounds of EvE and everyone might make a bit more iskies

I love all the responses above, but allow me to give you an explanation.

Many players are struggling, because they buy PLEX before anything and then have little ISKs left and then they have to go grind some more. It will always be a struggle for them, because this is how the Free2Play-concept works: others pay for your game time and you produce ISKs for them in return.

If you now go and increase the income, of high-sec or null-sec does not matter, then it will at first lead to less PLEX on the markets, because these will sell out fast and some players will have to stop playing EVE. And later will the prices for everything go up, because there is simply a lot more currency in the system to go around.

In short, it is a bad idea.

Loss is meaningful. Therefore is the loss of meaning likewise meaningful. It is the source of all trolling.

As a friend of the high-sec mission runners, I feel it would be a good idea to encourage group-play and more social interaction. While it would be in my interests to allow an increase to their profits from mission running, I don't feel it would be beneficial to the overall balance of the universe of Eve. I also feel it would discourage these players from experimenting with more unique and exciting playstyles the game has to offer and that would directly oppose my own personal agenda.

Why?
For anyone with the gumption and smarts to do so, HiSec industrialism and mission running already provides more than adequate income. Why put a thumb on the scale? If you want more ISK, do those things that make ISK. It's not like there's anyone stopping you... Except your own skills and abilities.

Probably not, no. Based on the character distribution, it's probably no more than 40% of the players or thereabouts.

Not really, no.

So highsec income could use a decent-sized reduction, since it's a bit too high for what you have to do for it.

I actually think that after 6 months playing the game you should lose all your highsec income.

That's right, after 6 months old you cannot make isk in highsec anymore period!

It will force people to go to low & null sec.

Benefits

No more Jita!!!!
No more highsec carebears only!!!!
