Is it normal to get scammed by The Mittani, Chairman of CSM ???

You don't get it, do you? In game scam is ok, is allowed, part of the game. CSM is not ingame syndicate, they actually go and meet CCP in real LIFE ! So CCP deals with scumbags about my future in game? I don't like that, I vote NO !

DISCLAIMER: I am not commenting, nor am I going to comment, on the particular case that is being discussed here. My comments here are simply to clarify our stance on the rights and duties of CSM members; they are in no way any indication of CCPs views on the morality of these things.

Any CSM member, no matter who he or she ma be, is bound by the EULA and ToS (as any other player is) and by the NDA that they signed when they took office. Other then these rules, they are free to enjoy EVE Online in any way they see fit, no matter their chosen play style. In the end they are free to enjoy the game like any other player, as long as they do not abuse any NDA bound information to get ahead.

No they are not an in-game group. Nothing they do for the CSM happens in-game. It happens in real life. When they log into the game they are just players who are not operating in an official capacity.

CCP, this guy made an abuse using his CSM Chairman position to scam me. I dunno if it breaks EULA or so. But that's what he did.
