POS guns agro and standing

Corp A has POS with guns on it.
Corp A has set corp B to excellent standings.
Corp A has set their POS to shoot if standings are below 0.1.
Corp A has set their POS to shoot if at war.
Corp A has unchecked (disabled) both other options (sec status and aggression)
Corp B member warps to POS at range and gets shot.

Why is this happening? Am I missing something?

file a bug it looks like everything is setup correctly from the description you put in OP
