Not nearly as amazing as how bad this thread is.

As for voice communication the main ones seem to be Teamspeak 3, Ventrillo, Mumble and something called Jabber.

in my experience, most folks use teamspeak 3 as a out of game voice chat client.

you would need to be invited into a server for that to work though.

Who mentioned anything that doesn't work out of game?

And if you really want to just talk about non related chat programs take your terrible posting to the out of pod section.

Butchered English from non-native speakers is known as Engrish. But, since we native English speakers can't be arsed to learn +6500 different languages, my thanks to those of you who have made my life so much easier even if you're speaking Engrish.

Now, for communications....I prefer the can and string method. Take two cans (soup cans work well, especially the ones that are wider than the old styles), poke a hole in the bottom of each, tie a piece of string in the holes between the two can. Stretch taut.

Some of my alliance's bigger corps prefer smoke signals because the infrastructure costs are much cheaper.

If you are referring to Sir. Molle, then I'm afraid that wasn't actually an attempt at communication, that smoke was just friction caused by his hand moving very quickly and repetively over a period of several years TwistedTwistedTwisted

TS3 mostly.

90% of of the time my posts are about something I actually find interesting and want to learn more about. Do not be alarmed.
