contract window bugged

my contract window seems bugged

when i choose the options:
'issued to' 'me' 'in progress'/'outstanding'/'finished' .. i get all contracts, no matter in which state they are.

when i choose:
'issued by' 'me' etc ... it seems to work

i opened a ticket about it. and was told the normal stuff:
- clear cache ingame : did but didn't resolve problem
- clear cache manually : did but didn't resolve problem
- run repair tool : did but didn't resolve problem
- did a complete reinstall of EVE, but didn't resolve problem

I also opened a bug report about it, but after more than a month no reply to it.

So, anyone any ideas, or people have the same problem?

It's a bug, an annoying one, and who knows when it will be fixed. I don't think the bug tracker is being used by CCP at the moment either.
