I need someone experienced with API/Excel and some programming for custom app/tool development maybe

As the title states, Im looking for someone that has a lot of experience with Excel and API code for a custom spreadsheet project which is manufacturing based. Send me an eve mail if you might be able to help me out. Thanks!

Edit - Ok, so the more I draw up on paper what it is Im trying to do, the more I realize I might need an app programmer instead. Something Windows 7 based to run side by side with eve. Maybe java script oriented or something? Will try to attach links of scanned copies of my write up to give everyone a better idea of what I want.

Its not blueprint based manufacturing. What I basically need is a spreadsheet of manufacturing processes. Input 1 + Input 2 = Product 1. Input 1 + Input 3 = Product 2. Product 1 + Product 2 = Super product 1. Each "product" would need an API imported price reference from lets say eve-central with the most up to date market data available. Each "manufactured product" would be a market price versus manufacturing cost with a % difference to calculate overall investment versus profit.

Not that I'm taking manufacturing costs into account. (though for reactions, it's not difficult)

Something like that but a big more flow chart oriented, as well as an integrated inventory system which show total available assets related to the products and the potential calculated based on products that can be produced from current inventory.

i can do the excel and api stuff if you want thou i'm prob gonna charge you at least 500mil as it sounds like your project is going to take quite a bit of time.

Wormhole ops have been put on the back burner lately so I haven't been able to do anything in regards to this project. Thought several people have contacted me, and I have just eve mailed everyone back to give a status report. Will try to send more information tonight!
