What to do when being harassed goes too far

So I was in this corp, and we were in this alliance. After my corp left the alliance I jumped back to move all my clones out of their space. I was instantly accused of trying to hot drop them (because every ibis is a cyno ship apparently) so I went with it. Now, almost a year later, they are calling every corp I join and telling them I sold their forums to their enemy, an act which I did not do. It's cost me so much I cant even sell the toon I was in them with, and i am essentially stuck wth a group of good toons that I cant use or even sell. do I have any options to get a no contact order or at least a ban for harassment? I know its a stretch, and this is probably going to end up a troll thread, but if I get one legitimate response it'll be much appreciated. thanks

What is preventing you from using the Character Bazaar to sell your characters?

Also, maybe join a corp that isn't quite as paranoid and if your former associates start to besmirch you again, explain your situation?

the fact that because of his forum trolls and constant in game harassment and bounties, nobody wants to touch them for anything near what they're worth
he messages every ceo I join and tells them, and if they tell him to go fuckoff he tell the alliance ceo and security guys. its getting really bad

My guess is the reason is related to why he cannot get in a good corp: The people who could/would buy the character run a background check and then want nothing to do with that history. Thus, no one in their right mind would purchase him to end up with the same accusations thrown on them.

Edit: Yep.

I'd agree with this. Granted, the less paranoid corps could be slightly more susceptable to an Awoxer coming along and killing anyone he/she gets guns on, possibly including you, but they might not bother to look into the background to be scared off by it.

Might be easier to just explain the situation in full here. Why did your corp leave the alliance?

I just don't understand. How is it possible that many of my friends can easily get into all sorts of corps for safaris yet you can't get into a single one.

Perhaps we need more information.

See Bio for isk doubling rules. If you didn't read bio, chances are you funded those who did.

One thinking the OP isn't telling the whole story. It seems like a lot of effort on the part of his former corp....

So, I don't know why we left the alliance, just that there was a vote when I was away and I followed suit when I logged on, something about Cosmoboy not liking the sound of one of our director's voice on comms.
I was given 300mil for a **** fit carrier I lost from cosmo, and when we decided to leave he went full on rage (think PL after losing the supers, but with jersey shore accent) in our teamspeak channel, and then told me if I didnt give him that isk back he was going to kick us and camp us in the station so we couldnt leave with our assets. I paid of course but had errands to run.
I come back and were out of the alliance, and none of my stuff is gone. I log, knowing when a quiet time to sneak most of my stuff out. I had a few JC around their systems, and I decided to move them to hisec, including the clones I had on alts. I JC into ORB, undock in my ibis, and am immediately accused of being a RZR hot dropper. I decided to have a little fun, and had a go with then, and let them chase me, on somewhere around 10 JC out of their systems. Some they killed, some I got out, but I had fun doing it.
Then about a week later I hear from a friend about this:

I am ala bamma by the way. Since I was booted from my most recent corp AGAIN I might as well come clean about it, since none of those trolls have come up with any evidence of me stealing anything from anybody, but seem to enjoy being manipulative and ruining my fun. Grudge much?

If you feel that you are truley being unfairly victimised and harrassed ingame then, I believe, you have the option of petitioning CCP.

Otherwise you should probably put your energies into getting on with your eve-life. I doubt that protesting "I'm not a spai!" in the forums is going to get you very far ... even if you are not a spai. Move on, and find somethign else to do. In time this, too, will have passed.

I guess I am almost a 'vet' by now. Hopefully not too bitter and managing to help more than I hinder. I build and sell many things, including large collections of bookmarks.

You might well be in the right general area. My suggestion would be that you, instead of complaining about it, find a way to farm some epic tears from the people griefing you. Post enough of that in this particular board, and there's pretty fair odds that suddenly people will join the harvesting effort.

If you're in doubt, go check the thread by xx death marmot hamster king or whatever, founder of "it burns me when I get PvPed on" or some similarly inappropriate named corp, whining about hisec ninja salvagers killing him. And the horror that became his KB.

I think the obvious best answer is to just embrace the new persona being "forced" on you. Go on a safari killing spree of such vast proportions as your name becomes an eve byword for not doing a proper background check.

PM me your characters, I'll buy them at a big discount price, just because your pilots are tainted and I don't give a flying donkey about it.

The character does not represent the views/opinions of its Corporation or Alliance.

So join a Russian corp.

As soon as they get the word on your background, you will be rolling in vodka and blond teen-age girls.

I suggest learning the language and buying a pair of dark sunglasses.

Join Red vs Blue for a while. You can PvP and we usually don't care. and if you are a spy... So what, everyone in RvB is a soy anyways.

Or, why not make a simple alt, train up to start your own corp in a day, stay in that corp for a whiie. When they contact your alt about being an evil spy/thief, play it off.
