Is it normal to get scammed by The Mittani, Chairman of CSM ???

There are no rules that say a CSM can not scam you. There are no rules that even say they they are trust worthy because they are a CSM then Scam you. You fell for a scam. There are NO RULES preventing a CSM member from scamming.

Well, they can't scam the recruitment channel anymore so why not use a CSM tag to scam?

I could easily write that in the time you had between the times it shows and the time you posted it. especially considering you could have just done it an hour or 2 ahead of time and just put the numbers in accordingly ahead of time.
however, I would say that it looks legit aside from not knowing people normal typing habits.
either way, you still got legitimately scammed, and are unfortunately out a lot of money.
