collectors edition tattoo things not on market

The tattoo things listed in the devblog are not on the market on sisi.

This is inconvenient, there are a number of things I was thinking about poking at on test server with them - e.g. being able to wear two at once, if there are any flaws with various poses, lighting options in char creator. If they vanish under certain outfits, that sort of thing.

Minor issue in the grand scheme of things.

Also, being able to make up a few screenshots might be useful in persuading people that they might want the collectors edition thing.

There might be issues with titans and supers, but those aren't seeded.

There might be issues with faction, deadspace, and officer mods, but they aren't seeded.

There is precedent for things not being seeded. Deal with it.

Honestly the only thing I want in the collectors edition kit is that rifter.
