You should download the installer for the latest EVE Launcher version from here: http://content.eveonline.com/EveOnlineLauncher/release/EVEOnlineLauncher_2_1_571330.exe and install it.

If there are any issues after that, let me know.

What is this OSSProxy which seems to respond with the Connection Closed error?

Friend of walking avatars, currently hibernating until he gets to open that door.

It's a piece of spyware presenting itself as "Internet Accelerator".

CCP Greyscale: As to starbases, we agree it's pretty terrible, but we don't want to delay the entire release just for this one factor.

The OP might want to disable it then and check if the launcher works in that case. :-)
