Alright guys, I can see that you are clearly confused about what kind of space-corp this is and I understand why that would be a thing!

But don’t you worry! Big daddy EmoKidWithKantana is going to clear this straight up for you lot!

So, at first glance “The Forgotten Navy” of the not-so-mighty Gentlemen's Agreement alliance may seem like just another ****** renter corp that’s part of yet another huge blob of semi-sentient grunts lead around by a group of sociopath alliance leadership that exploits it members for personal profit, with little personal amusement of the members who do the dirty work

This is actually not the case!
I’m sure that these humble killers will deny everything I’m revealing to you now, but don’t doubt for a second that this is the full and honest truth! Cross my hearts and hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye!

Every single Forgotten Navy pilot floating through the stars have a honed, in complete secrecy, a skill that puts them above and beyond us lesser pilots!
For they have the Rage

From the ultra-violent gate camps to the calm asteroid belts, the many spots of civil behaviour and polite human interaction to the dens of decadent hedonism that fill the galaxy, whispers of this boundless anger towards everything not blue are told

There are solemn stories of forgotten navy pilots ramming capital ships with mere cruisers, overriding failsafe’s and killing both themselves and their targets to bring down the mightier ships

Other stories are told of frigates single-handedly taking on multiple battlecrusiers and winning, missiles guns and lasers bouncing of the aura of pure aggression and sheer bloody-minded stubbornness projected by the agile killer!

The punch line of all of these stories is that a single pilot of unaspiring rank-and-file decent somehow single-handily manage to destroy everything stupid enough to get in their paths

So you think you can dance, and want to give joining up with this ghostly force a try?
Well, good luck with that!

The recruitment standards of the Forgotten Navy may look simple, as if they would welcome any mouth-breading filly with a gun to their ranks in order to grow into something able to overwhelm even worse entities through sheer numbers
Again, not the case!

The recruitment process starts off with a large group of pilots, sure, but over the next few months they are viciously culled through body-numbing and mind-breaking challenges and exercises
The pilots are teamed two and two, and forced to work as one through the challenges

Instructed to kill anyone in front of them, having to rely on their teammate to survive and punished just the same if that teammate was to fail
The training is supposed to instil the recruits with an unflinching level of trust in his teammates, to work as a single entity with others

These fights go on for as long as they need to until only one pair of applicants are
Then those two are taken out of their pods, given a single knife between them and told to kill their teammate, the ultimate test of the recruit’s zeal
Only the winner of such a brutal fight is deemed worthy to join their ranks

To rounds things off, no matter who you ask however the answer is always the same, if you ever encounter a Forgotten Navy pilot… run
‘Cause you won’t survive fighting it, that’s for sure
