Purtty much the title, I have maybe 18 bils to spend, and A purtty well trained 26 mil SP minnie pirate to trade if ur intersted. I want mostly pvp skills but if you have skills such as hacking and arch for low/null explo i wont fuss, just no major industry stuff.

Looking for something itn the 45-65 mil Sp range.
