Weird graphical glitches on HUD using radeon + Xorg 1.14

I'm getting these weird graphical glitches on my HUD, see screenie: Screenshot

Without postprocessing all glitches are visible. Square "holes" on both my ship's GUI and target display move as I rotate the camera, depending on what's in the background. Seems like any 2D element (e.g. targeting reticles on ships) and any fog/clouds in missions/sites (volumetric? sprites? no idea how EVE does it's clouds) make it worse.

With postprocessing on the shield/armor/structure HUD for my ship gets fixed. Neocom still glitchy. I still get glitches on targets display, however they seem to get glitched only the first time they render. Meaning, I still get the "holes" but moving the camera no longer affects their positioning.

Can anyone confirm similar behavior? I'm at a loss as to where to start looking for a solution...

In PvP there are no winners, only losers. The trick is to be less of a loser than the guy you're shooting at.

I had some similar looking glitches, but they were on the ship info pictures. I've since reinstalled the game and haven't noticed them lately. It's not like a rendering issue, as they were always in the same location. My guess is the eve resource cache was corrupted. I'd suggest clearing any cache files and see if the issue goes away. If that fails reinstall (PITA) and see if it helps.

I do have some of the graphics settings turned down atm for performance reasons so that may have made a difference, but I think it was just a corrupt cache file.
