ATXI Stream Issues

Are you having issues with the ATXI Stream? If you are getting stuttering or freezing, please be aware this is usually because of Twitch and is not an issue on our end (unless it is, which it usually isn´t). The following steps may help resolve the issue:

1) Use the pop-out chat. This tends to have a better quality stream for some reason.
2) Switch your stream quality a few times. It may connect you to a different Twitch server with a better connection to you.
3) Refresh the stream. This might also get you connected to a better Twitch server.
4) Click on the wrench icon at the bottom of the stream. Report it for stuttering. If Twitch gets enough reports, they can bestow additional bandwidth to the stream.

You really think someone crying and screaming in twitch chat goes to the understanding length to search for a solution to the problem, as to find the forum, and read about it here?

well you got yours covered Mr Eterne, but twitch chat is twitch chat, and the unreasonable tears will continue flowing, true story.(tm)

For some reason the stream was laggy as hell for me in Chrome and IE but worked fine in firefox... go figure... You should really go yell at twitch and get them to buy more hamsters.

It is a bit disappointing that the stream works so poorly. Any chance to get day 1 + 2 uploaded to youtube?

If pointing out deficiency so serious it renders the programme unwatchable is "tears" and finding it unacceptable that a programme intended to be watched cannot be watched because it has the unpleasant side effect of making your brain want to throttle itself on it's own spinal cord is "unreasonable", then yes.

twicht.tv is soooooooo slow in Asia. I'm in Hong Kong with a high speed connection, but the lag is so bad, while youtube plays normal. Please CCP, get rid of this crap provider next year!

Had to stop watching as the stream was interrupted every 5 seconds. It was working fine on 1080p for me until there were about 6000 people watching. I hope you can do your own stream next year but tia for putting it on youtube :)

CCP, when you so out of schedule, you should update the Schedule Page and put on the live stream more frequently the start time of next match.

So slow, constantly stuttering - terrible. Even the archived video stutters. Get day 5 on Youtube NAO!

Please at least give us an alternative to Twitch next year, being shut out of the stream because of poor bandwidth management or CDN placement sucks =(
