Launcher won't patch... "Unable to access remote info-file."

I get a pop-up when I start the launcher that says exactly:

Remote Info-file could not be fetched.
http://client.eveonline.com/patches/premium_patchinfoTQ_inc.txt
Please check your internet-connection.
If the problem persists, please contact Customer Support by filing a petition.

http://community.eveonline.com/ (and any page beyond that) is down? I just get a box that says "Webpage not available"
