Suggestion: make mining missions check the Ore Hold of the active ship to Complete.

This. For that matter why not add a simple skill/ability that squad/wing/fleet leaders have the ability to designate 2 targets for all ships in the fleet. If you don't have enough targeting multitargeting skill they flash gold or whatever in the overview.

This one is purely my own personality quirk:

Suggestion: make some capsuleer only ships in EVE. There are plenty of us now.

According to Lore capsuleers are relatively "New" and the ships we're flying are being converted away from requiring an actual "crew" and into vessels designed to be run by a single person. Where then are the fleet of new ships DESIGNED to be flown only by capsuleers and not ported from an existing design.

Suggestion: Let Hull Repairers repair at first armor, than hull.

Notes:

1. Then hull-tanked ships will be able to completely restore their mainly-hardened health zones without docking at stations / outposts or fitting two different modules.

2. It will be possible to use Medium Slots for armor tanking, with cost of higher CPU/PG Hull Repaiers usage against Armor Repairers. It is similar to usage Power Diagnostic Systems in Low Slots in some cases of shield tank.

Suggestion: Missiles do not require you to know other missile skills to learn the base missile skill (HAM does not require HM) but Guns do (Medium Energy weapons require Small energy weapons). Please address this balance issue by making all gunnery skills run off of Gunnery or requiring missile skills to learn all the lower level missile skills first. (my sanity would rather the former)

Suggestion: add probes to generate combat sites:
- NPC region where the probe was initiated (including wormholes)
- Make multiple levels of difficulty for the passage of which is required from the frigate to the group capital ships

Suggestion: A quickbar for drones, like the ones for ship slots.

There are quite some ships that have drones as their primary weapon, so it would be great to be able to add groups of drones to certain shortcuts.
One click could make the group launch and engage the selected target, while successive clicks would not only change the target but also launch new drones of that group, if some had been destroyed.

Topic: Prevent Command Moddules from Operating With in POS Shields. And Increases the Ships Signature Radius when active.

This should prevent the abuse of off the field boosters, but still provide strategic use of these modules vs being over powered.

Suggestion: Rebalance Echelon into exploration frigate that can be actually used.

Note: Currently there is actually no reason to use Echelon in any possible scenario (even "just for lulz"). Proposal aimed to turn this ship into exploration frigate alternative with main bonus - ability to fit best codebreaker module in the game.
No need to make OP stats - T1 frigate stats and ability to fit probe launcher will be enough to make this ship popular (for the first time since creation).

Suggestion: Remove pointless extraneous requirements such as having to leave your ship and pause your skill queue before jump cloning can take place. This should be done automatically as part of the clonejump process

Suggestion: Make gate activation animation/sound visible/audible, as pre-Odyssey

Note: Post-Odyssey, while watching a gate it is extremely difficult to tell when a gate has been activated from the other side-- the gate "flash" is almost un-observably small and there doesn't seem to be any "gate-act sound" at all.
