Drone mods should affect Fighters

You mean carriers might actually be used like... well, carriers? ;)

Oh it's absolutely fine, since fighters hardly out dps sentries besides on the thanatos

Carrier with 15 sentries, 900dps + 2 DDAs 1287dps
Carrier with 15 fighters 1500dps

So a few hundred dps which can be negated by flight time if the target is more than a few km away, not to mention how easy it is to carry spare sentries compared to spare fighters.

Edit: I probably shouldn't comment on something I haven't used firsthand, but I trust what people in my corp and
alliance say about drones and fighters.

Abandon them and drop new ones. Do you know how large dronebays are?

Carriers are there for the reps, then cant stack drone damage amps.
I say add modifers so you can put fittings on the figthers it self, ether then that ship modules would be useless anyways because players would just fit another neut samrtbomb, cap recharge sensor booster, resistance hardner and so on

edit: sorry by that i mean they are never going to be used, a vindicator costs around 1 billion 1.5 with pro fitting and gets up to the same amount of DPS has a thanatos and does not miss like fighters do, it even has a super web.

Drone mods to Fighters no. They would be to much buffed.
I think they need a little buff, but not so much.

When we speak about appliying damage to ships, sentries are better right now then fighters, they just need 2-3 dda and 2 omnis. They hit better and don't need to travel.
