Jerky Background Movement In Fullscreen

I'm finding with the new nebula background, when I rotate the camera in fullscreen, the movement is jerky. To clarify, the view of the ship itself moves smoothly, but the background sort of skips to keep up. In window mode, there is no problem and everything is smooth.
