j165946 is for sale. It's currently accessible through a pipe to Highsec and Nullsec, in order to bring in your hardware. The PI is perfect: the complete POS fuel can be manufactured there. The static WH is a H296 C5 static. There is ruins of a small offline pos tower of an inactive 2 man corp, easy to get rid of quick.
