Is it only me, or is account management down?

Get this when I try to log in on all accounts;

Yeah, I'm getting the same thing, sods law I left renewing subscription this late.

You could also raise a support ticket to get attention to it.

Just got an email from a GM saying that there is a known issue and they are working on it.

Snip. GM communication is not allowed as per forum rules, even if it's innocuous/informative. -- ISD LackOfFaith

Had to snip out some GM communication. Sorry about that, but there aren't exceptions to forum rules. They are apparently working on it, though, which is good.

I just gave them the whole forum thread. Between that and people filing support tickets, I'm sure they're aware of it. Having dealt with similar bugs in the past (unrelated to Eve), I can confirm they are huge pains and can be difficult to fix. Be patient!
