TLDR -- 5 different free for all battles, with measures taken to prevent blobbing & teams.

Frigate class - 200? slots avail
Destroyer class - 200? slots avail
Cruiser class - 200? slots avail
Battlecruiser class = 200? slots avail
Battleship class - 200? slots avail

--General Rules--
1 plex? to enter.
Basic T1 ships only (no T2, no Navy, no Pirate, no special (gnosis, etc...))
Meta 0 - 4 & T2 fittings only (no faction, no deadspace, no officer)
No remote cap/reps
Plugs? (no plugs or 3%s only)
One capsuleer per person (no multiboxing)

--The fight (Free for all)--
Capsuleer names will be changed to "[ship class] capsuleer 1, [ship class] capsuleer 2, etc..." to prevent blobbing.
No Fleets.
No Messaging.
No Local.
200 capsuleers in the same class ship will warp to any beacon within 0k - 50k.
Arena shrinks continually during fight, to prevent stalemate.
Last 10 surviving get a badge "[ship class] free for all - top 10" etc...
Lats man standing gets a unique badge "[ship class] free for all - 1st Place"
Last man standing gets their plex back and/or gets to loot/salv the field.

Nothing is stopping you from organizing this. Tuskers has done it two or 3 times so far for free.
