Intergalactic Summit

Astonishing news reaches Gutter Press today, of a most disturbing incident occurring in the capsuleer channel known as "The Summit"

A wave of nudist bodymodders has caused fear and alarm amongst the usual users!

These naked persons often take the form of a stylised cat, and transmit images of themselves to other channel participants.

"This is one of the worst things ever to happen" said one Caldari capsuleer.
"I'm quite broadminded, but not this broadminded" said a Gallente pilot.
"Down with this sort of thing" was the opinion of a Minmatar captain.
"Dark times" was the prevailing attitude amongst Amarrian pilots.

"These naked catgirls are profoundly disturbing in at least 3 ways. Firstly, the bodymods. Secondly, the nudity. Thirdly, the drugs. They are probably hepped up on Gallente goofballs, and are a threat to patriotic Caldari morality" said another pilot.

"For the love of God, can't these damn mutants at least cover themselves?" asked yet another pilot, rhetorically.

Operators of the channel were appalled enough to issue a formal notice stating:



Gutter Press will keep an eye on these shenanigans, but not a close eye.

This cannot be true... please tell me it isnt true...

It's true, though speaking for myself, not everyone is so alarmed and upset by this. I've seen worse in the Summit, and I'm new around there.

There is wisdom in knowing when not to pursue an answer...

That's funny you should say that, considering you were jumping on the bandwagon and making fun of them the last time I saw you in the Summit.

I'll admit I was against them at first. They're weird, but then I got to thinking. Weird is good. Who in the Hell am I to criticize anyone? These catgirls are fantastic, and no this isn't a sexually motivated stance. Seriously.

Crap! Uh, I mean, uhm, yeah, seriously. I'll use this new IGS to give you a like for not threatening to kill me which most of the neurotics around here seem to want to do.

I would like to state a few things for the record. First, there is only one such 'catgirl' not a multitude of them or some invading horde as it seems to be implied. Of the two in question, one simply has catlike ears and a tail and the other, while heavily modded with fur and a tail, is not a cat. Secondly, the nudist in question was not nude at all with the exception of an insignificant instance where it was requested; in fact she was in a quasi transparent outfit, the other body modder was clothed normally if scantily. Finally, I find this entire debate to be little more than facilitated hatespeech of the sort that would not be tolerated if any other group were the target of it. If you find such activities to be disagreable, do not participate in them. If you find certain sights to be unsightly, do not look at them. These were not images or activities that were forced into your face or personal space in any way that was not voluntary.
