Test Alliance Please Ignore [TEST] is currently taking on renter corporations through our subsidiary alliance “Honey Badger Coaltion” [NOFKS].

NOFKS members’ ratting, mining, and missioning is limited to all systems in the regions of Fountain and Delve.

The base price for renting is 3Billion/month bare minimum; this will be higher for larger corps.
First month’s rent will include a half-month deposit. This will be returned to you after you have left on good terms.

Who am I?

  • I am a TEST Diplomat, and therefore cannot use my position to scam parties (you).
  • I am an authorized diplomat for NOFKS, the rental alliance.
  • I have been a Capital FC, and playing this game actively since 2006.

Summary of Key Points:

  • Full access to all of Fountain and Delve, including stations and services.
  • ALL NOFKS members are given free reign in the above listed areas of the region.
  • Everything is on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis. There is no right of refusal (ROR) and no one corporation can claim ownership over any systems.
  • Offices in Delve and Fountain are available on a first come, first serve basis.
  • You are permitted to anchor POS on any moon that is R8 or below.
  • System Upgrades are available and if you would like a system upgraded, please, get in touch with a diplomat.
  • NOFKS corporations have access to all relevant intel channels.
  • NOFKS corporations have access to Buy/Sell/Services part of TEST’s forums – This enables you to use JF Services and other services provided by TEST.
  • NOFKS Corporations are not permitted to have their own POCOs

How to rent:

  • NOFKS member corps pay rent on a case-by-case setup, dependant on amount of characters in corp. Only the NOFKS Executor can finalize prices (Guillane Itaril).
  • NOFKS member corps are expected to pay their rent on time (1st of the month, every month). If joining between rental payment dates, the 2nd month’s payment will be cheaper.
  • NOFKS members MUST give advance notice of their intent to end their contract in order to have their deposit returned.
